Here is a return policy as good as any on the net, where nothing is in small print. Compare carefully. We do not require that the chair has to be returned "unused". You try the chair and if you don't like it, repackage it in the original carton, and return it "like new". We don't say the chair must be returned in 30 days, we say you must "initiate a return within 10 days of delivery".
- If you are not happy with your lift chair, excluding upgraded or customized lift chairs, you may initiate a return within 10 days of delivery. Unfortunately, upgraded lift chairs, including those with fabric upgrades, non-standard fabrics, and additional options such as heat & massage, are non-returnable. Also, customized lift chairs, including the Leather Lift Chair and Golden PR-502 Bariatric, are non-returnable. We apologize for the restrictions.
- Call 1-800-880-2514 toll free for a return authorization number and return instructions.
- The RA number we provide during your call must be placed on the outside of the box or credit cannot be issued. We arrange for the freight company to pick up the boxed chair at your location and return it to the manufacturer.
- The chair to be returned must be in like new condition, with original packaging or factory replaced packaging, instructions, and warranty material. If you no longer have the original box we can arrange for another one to be shipped to you.
- All returned items will be assessed a 15% restocking fee plus freight.
- Any order cancelled after it has been shipped will be considered a returned item, and charged for freight charges and restocking fees. Upgraded or customized lift chairs cannot be cancelled after the order is placed.
- We make immediate arrangements for optional "in-home setups", and therefore cannot issue refunds on in home setup when cancelled or not used by a customer, so please be sure it is something you need. Any sales rep will be happy to clearly explain the service and help you determine your potential need for this service.
Refunds
- Your refund will be processed immediately after we receive notice from the manufacturer that the item has been received back at their warehouse in like new condition in the original carton. Normal process time is 2-3 weeks. We will credit the original credit card. If you paid by check, a refund check will be mailed to you.
- If you qualify for a refund under our price guarantee program your refund will be processed the day your price guarantee is submitted and approved.

Cancellation Prior To Shipment:
- Chairs cancelled prior to shipment are charged a 6% restocking fee. This does not apply to upgraded or customized lift chairs as they cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed. The Golden PR-502 and Golden PR-505 MaxiComfort chairs will be charged a 25% restocking fee due to their long production times.
Products with unique return policies
- Toilet Seat Lifts - Due to the nature of this product, they are not returnable.
- Bath Lifts - Due to the nature of this product, they are not returnable.
- Walk-In Bathtubs - Due to the nature of this product, they are not returnable.
