| We love this chair - we purchased it for my father to enable him to sit with the family and still remain independent by using the standing action to help himself get up without assistance. Not only does it serve those purposes, it is the most comfortable seat in the room! I'd recommend it to ANYONE - it is attractive and useful (but a bit squeaky!!) | |

| Service & Delivery | The delivery was right on time, and the driver was helpful and courteous. He left the box on the porch. When we opened the box and removed the chair, the first thing I saw was a small cut, about a half inch long, on the right arm. We then noticed a hole in the side of the box, corresponding to the location of the damage. The outside of the box had been taped up, but the box had not been opened to check for damage. We filed a claim with R+L Carriers. They agreed to pay 1/3 of the claim amount, but denied responsibility for the damage. At this point my mother was so attached to the chair that we decided not to pursue the claim further, or notify the factory. |
| The chair is for my mother, who has ALS. She is able to easily operate the chair, and it has been a tremendous help to her. She loves it! | |
