The height and width of this lift chair are perfect. Controls have enough choices for positioning the chair so you can be comfortable in any of the positions.

My 97 year-old mother will be using it and she will probably have problems with understanding all the buttons on the remote.

| Service & Delivery |
We had problems with delivery. I paid to have it delivered, set up with controls ready to use and packing box removed. The truck would not fit under our oak tree limbs so my husband took our trailer to the gate. The delivery man loaded the chair on to the trailer and then drove away. My 81 year-old husband and I had to do all the above mentioned things. The company was very good about quickly giving us a refund of the money charged for "white glove" delivery.

First lift recliner I've owned that does not give me a headache when resting my head on the headrest area. I also bought the table and if I position the leg to sit on the platform pad the table is too close to the arm of the chair. When trying to lower the back of the chair, the arm is caught under the table and will not recline all the way.

We were hoping to use this chair for my sister who passed away with lung cancer. She could not lay flat on a bed so she sat to sleep. The chair did not get in on time for her to use, sadly. The chair looks like it might have worked out for her, though.
