This lift chair is: Good looking. Fairly easy to assemble. Well packaged for shipment.

One instruction sheet for a number of models. Calls for locking clips on top connector arms. Locking clips were not included. Chair works without them.

A very helpful sales person at Lift Chairs 101 guided me through the whole process of picking out a chair in the price range that I was able to afford. The chair arrived very quickly and drivers brought it in and set it up. This chair is of very high quality and appearance and has made life much easier for my 86 year old mother!
