The LL-450 is an upgrade to the CL-30 lift reclining chair from Pride. If you do a comparison, you'll notice that this lift recliner chair has significantly more padding throughout the chair although it uses a similar split back cushion. The LL-450 also comes with a much longer 7 year pro-rated warranty and can be ordered with premium Ultra Leather and Promessa fabrics. An optional extra wide seat is available on this lift chair recliner.

Chair was delivered and driver said she could not unload the liftchair because of its weight. She then asked us if we could unload it! We told her we could not unload the chair and were shocked at being asked to do so. Ultimately she called another truck with the proper mechanism and manpower to unload the lift chair from the truck. Now we have received a bill from UPS for $79 for unloading the truck! We believed delivery included taking the merchandise off of the truck as it does with any other item we've ordered online! We want this fee waived. After all this lift chair is used by the elderly predominately. Are you expecting that senior citizens should be able to unload a 130lb chair off a truck. This feels like we're being ripped off!

Customers should not be expected to unload a chair off of a delivery truck and should not be charged $79 for UPS to do it!

I apologize for the inconvenience. All of our lift chairs include free curbside delivery so you should not have been charged for the unloading of a chair. If this has not already been resolved, please call our customer service number and we can investigate the matter further.

Nice looking and very comfortable. Control locks which is a good safety feature with cognitively impaired. Have to put rubber rug backing under four corners as will slide during patient transfers. Also tips backward when patient is pulled up in seat. Once you know the cons you can work around them.
