  • Question Is shipping included in the purchase price of your products?
    Answer Normal delivery costs are included in our one quoted price for any purchases delivered within the continental United States. For expedited shipping or orders going to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada or other areas outside the continental United States, there may be additional freight charges. Call our 800 number for additional information and assistance if you have special shipping needs.
  • Question What sort of warranty coverage is provided with your products?
    Answer Each chair comes with a factory warranty from one to seven years in duration, as noted in each individual product description. In addition, we provide a one year in-home service warranty at no extra cost. This service warranty entitles you to convenient in-home service - simply call the 800 number provided to you to schedule necessary maintenance. We also offer extended coverage for an additional fee, so ask our representatives about an extended in-home warranty when you call to place your order.
  • Question Can you handle my Medicare claim?
    Answer Our goal is to provide you with extraordinary products at the lowest possible price. As a part of our effort to keep our costs low (and, hence, our prices), we do not process Medicare claims for lift chairs or other accessibility aids.   • Question How long will it take for my lift chair to be delivered?
    Answer We have access to manufacturer warehouses in strategic locations throughout the U.S. that keep most chairs in stock. Most stocked chairs can be shipped immediately. You can always call us at 1 (800) 880-2514 number to see if a particular chair is in stock. The most common reason for a delay in shipping is the extra build time required to add optional features or non-standard fabrics. Our sales representatives will provide you with an estimate of build time and shipping time when you order your lift chair.
  • Question Will there be any additional costs or fees other than the one quoted price for each chair?
    Answer No. The price covers everything, including shipping costs within the continental United States and a one year in-home service warranty. You will only pay more money if you choose optional add-on features or expedited shipping, or if your lift chair is going to be shipped to a location outside the continental United States.
